VixMerch Return Policy

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

 A: Please send request to VixMerch@victorwooten.com for authorization/resolution.

Q: Is there a deadline for returns or exchanges?

 A: Vix Merch LLC will accept any unwashed/unworn/new merchandise items (new/unused condition) for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). Items in washed/worn/used condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: Can I return something that was a gift?

 A: We do accept returns on orders that were purchased as a gift. Please note that a refund or any financial adjustment made on the order will be applied to the original form of payment only. If you are not the original customer, please include their name and zip code to help expedite the process.

Q: What is not refundable?

 A: Wearable items that are washed or worn, abused, open media and downloads are not eligible for returns.

Q: What form will my refund take?

 A: All refunds will be credited to the original payment source.

Q: Who pays for postage?

 A: Shipping costs incurred are non refundable and within the customer’s responsibility. Replacement items for defective merchandise will be shipped at VixMerch expense.

Q: Are there requirements for how my return needs to be shipped back to you?

 A: For any returned merchandise, please use a traceable/trackable ship method.

Q: What if my return is lost in the mail?

 A: We do not issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. Please check with shipper (USPS, UPS, etc) for tracking services to locate your item.

 Q: How long will it take for my refund?

 A: Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 10 business days from the date your return is received by VixMerch. The credit may be reflected to your account on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

 A: We do not exchange items received for different items than originally purchased.

 Q: What if my purchase arrives damaged?

 A: Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported to VixMerch within 3 days of delivery date and pre-authorized for return to be considered eligible for a refund. Please contact VixMerch@victorwooten.com for options (replacement/refund).

Q: Do any products have warranties?

 A: Hartke products carry a two (2) year warranty. You must provide proof of original ownership and a copy of your sales receipt to receive warranty service. Warranty is not transferable. Samson Technologies Corp. warrants Hartke products purchased in the United States against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase with proof of original ownership and a copy of your receipt. Samson Technologies Corp., through the applicable authorized distributor, will repair or replace defects covered by this limited warranty with parts or products of original or improved design, at its option, for products purchased in the USA only.

Samson Audio products carry a two (2) year warranty. You must provide proof of original ownership and a copy of your sales receipt to receive warranty service. Warranty is not transferable.
