VixMerch Refund Policy

VixMerch has a 30 day return policy.

Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery date (shipping not refunded). Most items can be exchanged within one month of the delivery date (extra shipping required). Exceptions to the 30 day return/exchange policy are made if the product does not arrive within 30 days, due to being lost by carrier in transit. Sale items (with price ending in .98) CANNOT be returned for a refund or store credit. Only size changes are allowed for sale items, if additional sizing are available. Send the items you would like to return or exchange back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise (doesn’t fit, etc.). Payment will be issued in the form payment was received. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn. Please mail merchandise along with your note to the following address:

Digital downloads cannot be refunded.

Your order should ship within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of domestic orders, and 2-8 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been backordered, in which case we will contact you via email.

If any international orders are returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products on the order (not shipping charges) and notify you via email. If any domestic orders are returned to us, we will contact you to find out if you would like the package reshipped. 

Customers are responsible for any and all taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and duties that may be charged by their country of residence, by the postal service for shipping their purchase from the US to another country. The value of the package listed on the customs form will be the order total minus shipping. We will not accommodate any request to send the package at a lower value.

Purchaser is solely responsible for:

·       Reading all information about, audio file formats, image file formats, resolutions, and downloading.

·       Carefully evaluating the attributes of all Artist's site offerings and bundled packages to ensure they meet the exact specifications you are looking for.

·       Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays far a purchase without your express permission.
