Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: All orders ship within 3 business days. Digital Download orders will fulfill to you immediately via email. Pre-orders will ship on the date specified on the product page.
Q: What to do if your purchase doesn't arrive or arrives in less than perfect condition?
A: Please email vixmerch@victorwooten.com for resolution. We will do our absolute best to rectify any problems including product replacement, substitution and/or refund.
Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
A: Please email us at vixmerch@victorwooten.com. Inquiries about your order should include full name, phone number, email address used to place order and order number.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Available shipping methods/times will be listed in cart checkout for customer choice. Available companies are USPS, UPS and DHL
Q: How do you handle foreign tariffs and fees?
A: Customer is responsible for all tariffs, customs, taxes and fees your country may impose. Please be aware that these fees will NOT be reflected in shipping prices. We have found in some instances, customer may have to pay a Country-imposed customs fee/tariff to have package released for delivery.
Q: When will I receive my digital order?
A: After completing your order you will receive an email with a link to download your digital content. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your email with link to download in your inbox. For any questions, please email vixmerch@victorwooten.com.
Q: How do you handle backorders?
A: We do our best to manage inventory. Any and all items, sizes and colors offered through the website should be in stock. ‘Out-of-stock’ items, sizes and colors will not show as available under ‘options’ choices. In the rare case the item purchased is found to be ‘out-of-stock’ after purchase is complete, we will email you with options for substitution or refund.
